Installation and preparation

Check requirements

The current extension was developed and tested with version 5.3 upwards.

A Contao v4.13 compatible version is available aswell.

Install extension

The extension can be installed in two ways:

Using composer on the command line

The extension is installed in the same way as all other Contao extensions by simply doing a composer require numero2/contao-maileon

After that make sure to migrate your database by executing vendor/bin/contao-console contao:migrate

Using the Contao Manager

1. Navigate to your Contao Manager and click on Discover to search for maileon.

2. Click on Add to add the extension to your list of Packages

3. Switch to Packages and make sure the extension will be installed using the latest version.

Open

4. Click on Apply Changes and wait for the extension to be installed successfully.

5. Once finished to make sure to also migrate the database.

Configuration

Once the extension is installed a new group of settings will be available in the Form generator of Contao. In your desired form make sure to check the option Send to Maileon and set your API key and all other settings accordingly.
